Course Payments
• All course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
• Refunds may only be considered if:
• The course is canceled by EALII
• There is a verified technical failure preventing access

Consulting & Services
• Service payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled sessions.
