Henry Osabutey

Mr. Henry Osabutey – Co-Founder & Executive Director. He provides overall strategic leadership, partnerships, vision, and organizational growth.

Henry Osabutey is an education leader, entrepreneur, and development practitioner with two decades of professional teaching experience. He is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Evolve Afrika LLC and Co-founder & CEO of Evolve Afrika Legacy International Institute (EALII), a Pan-African online learning platform committed to building Africa’s next generation of leaders.

Henry has worked extensively with young people, startups, and community organizations across Ghana and Africa, focusing on entrepreneurship, peacebuilding, climate resilience, and inclusive education. He is a Global Goodwill Ambassador and an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI )Fellowship Regional Leadership Center, Ghana

Henry holds an MPhil in Human Rights, Peace, and Conflict Studies, a Bachelors of Education and has been featured in media discussions on global peace and governance. Through his leadership, he champions digital learning, youth empowerment, and sustainable development across underserved communities.
